Gonna try to get back into tracking -- I've just ignored that whole part totally even though I've stayed dedicated to my eating plan. Fat loss has been slow ever since Halloween night and my mishap with candy corn, though ornery mid-life hormones have also been mucking things up too. Bummer! Hopefully I can find a way back to efficiency soon.
