I think my body likes to keep whatever I eat nowdays. I use to have my no. 2 every morning before this. Now it's only once every couple days and even more sometimes. Still haven't had any in the pass 24 hours. Trying though🤣. Part of NSVs i guess.😄 I have a feeling my number for this week not going to be beautiful. We'll see.🏖️😅

And to add to chey.lane, STAY HOME after you drink the prune juice. Also if all else fails, or if you are REALLY backed up and want to get rid of what you ate since “long ago”, then drink 1 whole bottle of Magnesium Citrate - it will come out like LAVA until whatever else is left comes out like water 🤣😩🤪🤭🤭 I have constipation frequently so sometimes this is the only thing that gets rid of everything.

Autumncaramel, thanks for the advice and suggestions. From what you've just told me, i think that prune juice is best taken on the weekend😄. That's 2 suggestion for magnesium. Nice. Learned a lot of things today. Really appreciate it.😊🌻🌻🌻

It is ok in case you are consuming less food and if you are on a low carb/keto diet. Are you drinking plenty of water? Chia seeds work well. 1 tablespoon on glass with water at night. Drink in the morning.

Thanks for the advice BelCWB, Come to think of it since I'm doing keto and IF, that could possibly be it, I'm eating lesser than I used to. Lol. That's 3 for chia seed btw😊🌻

Make it 4 for chia seeds! Lots of variations of pudding recipes to try. Healthy and it feels like a bit of an indulgence to me.
