I was weighing every day, until now. I will be weighing less now as it will be more encouraging. Due to medication which causes weight gain (and bloating), and physical limitations with my knees and poor balance - my Doctor stated that 4 pounds a month would be a good goal for me. That will still add up quite a bit, slowly but surely.
