I have not been using my breathing machine. I’m thinking it could be I was shallowing air from snoring. Plus if I eat gluten I truly can’t break it down and it created gas bubbles in the colon. I’ve been taking charcoal capsules, digestive enzymes, drinking mint tea, trying to not gulp water (I live in AZ) or dip from a straw.
