I made the Cheese Zucchini Frittata I got from recipes this morning. Because I am intermittent fasting and doing a plant-based diet this was a great recipe for getting my protein. It also tastes wonderful.
I am struggling to find sources of protein that don't have a lot of fat and are plant-based. Looking for suggestions. I know which vegetables and fruits have the most protein. Maybe beans are the way to go. Any good recipes out there.
