Welll I am starting over. I did noom started 2019 and it was awesome. It really helped me learn about why I ate when and what I did. I lost from 261 to 232 in about 3-4 months monitoring my calorie intake.
Que 2020- was not working out as I had been but fluctuated based on diet 235-240.
My mom passes Nov 2021- today i am 270.0
I am so sad and frustrated. I can’t believe after all my efforts I am here- again.
I was happy to find this app and have just had it a month or so- not done constant tracking- just tested it out- but I love it.

So here I go again. It is hard to do but I can’t give up on myself. My family needs me.
