I went crazy and had about 1 cup of retried beans on GF corn tortillas - covered with tomatoes and hot sauce. It was so good but wow the beans are high in carbs and calories!! Yikes. I don’t normally do that.

Beans are not the enemy. As Rosie said, lots of nutrients. Just lower carb intake day after if you are concerned.
