So, I had to sort of guesstimate on some of the calories today, but I'm pretty sure I ate less calories today, on my free day, than I did yesterday and some of the other days this week. But I wasn't really ever hungry today, and I did try to be more mindful of my portions, which is something I noticed the last time I was on a low calorie diet also. I'm hoping this work week goes easier than last week as I get used to my new schedule (both work-wise and meal-wise!)
