Tonight I made Mediterranean Tuna Salad for the first time. It was excellent! We ate it on some pita bread and leaf lettuce. I will have to add this recipe to my rotation.

Long day at work and I’m feeling sluggish but I think I will try to get some yoga and walking in. I skipped exercise yesterday and really want to get back to more frequent workouts. It’s tough working a desk job. I start each day out with a goal of movement every hour and while I do get up often, I never feel like I have time to take a real walk. Must work on this.
