Hello, everyone! I think about all of you each and every day. You are always on my mind. Someone asked me how to write a journal. If you are new here and have not written anything, just recorded your weight, it is easy to do. When you are at FatSecret, click on My FatSecret. My FatSecret is your own personal page. Then click on My Journal. Look for the words Record a Journal Entry and click on it. Just write what you want to say to yourself or to others and then click the Save button. If you want to add something to the same journal, click on the edit button. You can do it. :) Good luck with your weight loss! Take care, Deb
