I am back but not sure for how long. Just got lucky to have my internet work this afternoon. This week has been incredibly horrifying. I have been stuck in this house the entire week with no internet, roads so bad I couldn't leave the house, you all know how it goes with bad weather. I guess I have been more fortunate than most others, so I will count my blessings. Anyway, I do hope that everyone is doing well, especially my No eating after 7:30 group. I have to be honest, I am not sure I should be the Admin. any longer. After this week, I have failed a few times at this challenge. If anyone would like to take over I completely understand, just please let me know. I have eaten just about everything in this house and I have been going out of my mind.

Good news, I actually went to the gym this morning. felt pretty good, ready to go more. Okay, I am gonna stop before I get cut off, so have a fantastic weekend everyone.
