Ok, so last night my husband and I had to run an errand, and he wanted to stop at Jack In The Box on the way home. Well, instead of the two tacos he wanted, they gave us four tacos. I gave in and had a taco :( So, messed up my calorie count a little bit. Then, I tripped in a hole in the yard as I got out of my car and sprained my ankle. So, no walking for a bit. This should be fun! The good news is, I had a special k bar for breakfast and it seems to have kept me more full than my usual slim fast shake, and, my weight loss has plateau'd, but it always does this time of the month, and I know in a week or so, I'll see a dip in the scale. So, just have to keep going with the diet thing, and get back in the saddle exercise-wise once my ankle has healed.
