Hello My Deer ;) Always something beautiful to see when out walking. What an adorable little buck! And those big brown eyes! I'm still adjusting to being at my weight goal. Still losing weight which is OK. I have room for that. I'm trying to celebrate where I am rather than lament not doing this sooner. Admittedly, this has been and continues to be a lot of work but every time I run up a flight of stairs and feel no joint aches, easily get up instead of rolling myself out of bed in the morning and get a lot done without tiring; I feel inspired to keep going. I just don't want to give up any of those quality of life benefits. I have jeans in at least four if not five sizes in my closet. It's nice to discover I fit into smaller and smaller pants now. Going to reorganize my closet and remove clothes that are big now. My closet should reflect me as I am today. One thing that I'm realizing it's important to keep weighing and measuring food. A little cheat here and a little cheat there will eventually take me back to where I was. I eat whatever I want. Nothing is really off limits for me. Some changes since joining FS have been that I find some foods really are not worth the cost in macros, daily sugar or sodium intake. Quality vs quantity has also taken hold and eating to live vs living to eat is a way of life now. Planning my next day's eating still works for me. I want a balance of good things. Not sure that will ever change. Just tweaking throughout each day because life happens as does hunger. It continues to be a gift to be able to be active outdoors and love being outdoors and active. My guy tells me all the wild creatures seem to love me. We laugh about that but if you love being out in nature, maybe you feel a connection too in beautiful surroundings, a sense of wholeness and peace. My life plan is uncomplicated. My plan is to keep moving in a positive direction and lovingly nourish both my body and spirit. Thankful for all of the benefits from having changed my mind. Life is good.

Thanks everyone for your support! You have no idea how much it's appreciated. I don't see myself leaving here any time soon. Sometimes I get tired of tracking everything but having only been here six months, I don't feel assured I can just wing it and not track. Also am enjoying all of you :)
