Have reduced elliptical to 60 min per day and still doing about 15,000 steps per day. Bumped up calories 200 per day. Weight has dropped 2 pounds but I should reverse this over the next week. Hope to add some muscle over the next 3 mos. Have a 4 pack for the first time and may lose it with some added fat.
