I can't do a weigh in until Saturday. Well, I could, but for some reason, my scale at home is always lower than the one at WW, and I'm not even TRYING to get my hopes up like that. I'd rather wait. I haven't been logging my meals here, but I PROMISE, I've been good. I've even had to eat at the night to make up my 23 points. Hubby and I are making plans to go to San Diego for Thanksgiving, and I want to have this weight GONE by then. I'm even cutting out alcohol. I haven't had a cocktail since the 4th of July, which is really good for me, because that's the way I unwind from work. I've been working out as well. I went jogging on Sunday and last night. Today's Wenesday and I've still got 11 of my weekly allowance and 15 activity, on top of the 23 points. I'd BETTER have lost some weight, or I WILL consider quitting, for real!

Yes, after that amount of effort, you deserve a few pound lost! All I gotta say is, don't have any salt or excessive water the night before weigh-in, or that tricky scale will fool you into believing you achieved nothing. Scales are sadistic.

DON'T PUT ALL THAT STOCK IN THE SCALE!!!! I'm telling you my surefire self-sabotage and downfall tip! The scale may budge next week. Or it may not. There are so many factors, and not all of it is because what you're doing is not working...so you better not quit! Regardless of whether you lose all the weight on the scale--or whether you gain it!!! EXCELLENT WORK on the week!
