Stage 1 goal weight of 80kgs achieved. That's a loss of 21kgs. On the 19th Jan this year I made the decision to cut out as many carbs as I could. I had the feeling my carb intake was the reason I was feeling horrible. My hunch was right. Within a week my body pain had nearly vanished. I started to feel really good physically and mentally. As of today I have no body pain, feel great mentally and physically and have lost a large amount of weight in the process. Stage 2 of this journey is to continue my basic eating plan and start doing some light to moderate weight training. My intention is to stabilise at around 75kgs in body weight. Adding muscle whilst continuing to lose more body fat. That's the plan anyway.
