Morning started with a little yoga and a little more Pilates. Kind of tweaked my left shoulder with the lying side bends on Pilates. Won't be able to do that move for a little while....was doing stretches to try and loosen it up at stop signs this morning.

Immediately noticed an energy increase once the Super B Complex supplement I took yesterday at lunch. Yeah! Energy restored!

Already hungry...might have a little snack, though I seem to be better when I don't snack. Out of turkey stew (IT WAS SOOO GOOD!)...well, we have another one in the freezer, so it may be out soon.

Hubby bringing sushi tonight for supper (Publix) yum.
I had ordered some tall bootcut jeans through Amazon a couple of weeks ago and LOVE, LoVE, LOve them. Wanted to order two more pairs....price shopped Amazon vs the online store -- the online store was less expensive as they had a buy one, get one free. YEAH! I've been pleasantly pleased with these jeans.

Now in a 2 hour telephone webinar. Hard to comprehend alot of it since I'm in the middle of the office and no longer in an office. Yeah, not working from home today. I'm getting about 1/2 of the material.
