larryb53,. You are so kind. I was thinking people on FS are probably tired of seeing my veggies. HVAC is out so we are currently pricing them and with supply chain issues we are having trouble finding what we want. On the bright side, It's going to start a warm up tomorrow 😀. I'll be back pretty soon. Thanks for making me feel like I matter 🤗. That just warms my heart.

that looks delicious! I need to get some sweet potatoes. I've been enjoying the squash and pumpkin this year! salmon is always welcome.

That is an excellent habit to fall into - what a nice meal plate and very well proportioned - eating in a healthier manner on "a meal plan for life" - is a good habit. A healthy meal plan for life is an excellent habit and you aced it.
