Yesterday blew off workout. Today needed some stress relief and brought the heat with BOD- Upper Fix—focused on a minimum of 12 reps. Used 3, 5, and 8 lb dumbbells. Overall, ok. Right hamstring a little taunt. Working on me—and my energy this month. Still had a lot of rebellion from the elephant, the rider is claiming to be green to this experience (they tend to “exaggerate.”)
