At the begining of this summer I was drinking at least 6 cans of Coke Zero a day and rarely drank any water. I knew it wasn't healthy but I love it. I have slowly gotten myself down to 1 a day. Instead of slamming one down in 5 minutes I sip all day long. I am so proud of myself, I never thought I would be able to cut down so much AND get my water intake up to at least 12 8oz glasses a day. :)
