I find breakfast hard to plan for.

I use my old "standby" so that I do not have to think too hard in the morning - one egg - 4 saltines - 1 T Peanut Butter - one apple and two cups of coffee with one and a half sugar and 1/8 cup of 2% milk and one cup of water ----- that is my regular breakfast so that I do not have to think about it while I make my coffee. It has worked for me for a while now. No yeast breads or very few.

I eat the same thing for breakfast every day: 1.5 cups of Cheerios with 1/3 cup of 2% milk. I can't even think clearly in the morning so I don't want to think about what I'm eating.
