for last nights' dinner made a killer batch of from-scratch chicken veggie soup, using bones from a store roasted chicken.. Then scrounged our freezers for turkey/chix stock to add to said soup, added barley, corn and more chicken so the wife is now happy and has lunches for rest of week. She's Minnesotan, so needs busy soups!
Also found loaf of almond bread and had two thick slices this AM. forgot how dense AB is, wow.
Off to Mayo clinic, Fla. for my quarterly brain MRI today. Hoping my recent conversion back to Keto diet has killed the little 'blip' seen on last scan. First time I'm doing the scan day w/o my wife.Cool yhing is the clinic is a mile away from the ocean, so I'm able to tan and get my toes sandy!
