So, I've lost 4 lbs. in three days so far, despite the fact that I'm eating like a pig! Wow, ya gotta love low-carb, especially when you first start it. Will be glad when the 'hunger suppression' kicks in though ... right now I"m hungry ALL THE TIME.

Me to! (on the hunger suppression that is...) I have never doen low carb... as a personal trainer I wouldhave never done so... but as a fat ass I realize, why the heck not? So, since I am new to it, when exactly does this hunger supression thing happen? I am startig day 7, down 5, and hungry mostly right after I eat. Eating every 2 - 3 hours, but sometimes bust out and eat sooner.

It generally will start after your body becomes "keto-adapted". If this is your first time doing a low-carb diet, should be about 2 weeks. Your body has to learn to make the enzymes necessary to process a fat-and-protein based diet. After the first time, it happens faster.
You *really* want to read a good low-carb diet book (like the "New Atkins for a New You", for example.) There's more to low-carb dieting than eating bacon and cheese all the time!
