Sugar Cat's Notizen, 23 Mrz 15

Today after I had a healthy lunch, I walked briskly for 5 minutes. That may not seem like much, but I have very little stamina because I am so out of shape, so this was a nice accomplishment for me. I am making progress. It may be a slow process, but ANY PROGESS IS GOOD PROGRESS and that's what counts.

Good for you! Every bit helps...no matter the amount! Just think about it as "five minutes is better than NO minutes" and soon you will be able to go 6 minutes, then 7, etc!!!!!! Keep it up!!

YAY - you are right - ant progress is good progress. I started with 10 minute walks at the beginning.

Thanks everyone, I appreciate all the kind words of encouragement very much! This community is such a positive and helpful tool for our journies. I'm going to push myself a little and walk longer today.
