My walk of shame back into 200+ lbs. I got down to 196. A close friend shared her findings about carb cycling. THough for her it worked.. I on the other hand have gained some hard worked off lbs. I should not of changed anything as I was losing. Life and learn. I'm back to trying to get back into Onederland.. its too depressing to change my weight to current.. going to wait to report a new weight loss when I catch back up to where I was at my lowest.
