I just wanted to say is that we were all there at one pint or another. I know it can get difficult around the holidays. If you are serious about making a change for you, you will succeed. I was over 300lbs and was disgusted with myself. I decided it was time to get off my ass and do something about it. Make those healthy choices, monitor your calorie intake, and become more active. Great words of encouragement! It is hard to get started but change will occur. Excessive carbs and sugar are the enemy. Satiating foods in moderation are key. It is doable.
