Happy Thanksgiving!!! Weighed in this morning and I was pleasantly surprised. I am down to 239!!!! I have lost over 65lbs. What a great way to start of the day. I was surprised for the big drop, but I’ll take it. Last week I had plateaued, but I stayed the course and kept up on my activities and eating habits. Don’t get frustrated just keep going. I know it can be hard and the first thought that comes to mind is to give up. We are all here because we decided that we wanted to make a difference in our lives for whatever reason.
