Ate less yesterday, exercised more and created more of a deficit in anticipation of today. Cooking today and made a homemade pumpkin pie yesterday which I'm looking forward to enjoying with whipped topping. Got some exercise in early this morning despite the wind and dampness outdoors and am ready to begin meal prep now. What a week to reach a 40 lb. loss. My plan is to put that aside and enjoy this holiday and it's foods. Planning to keep portion control in mind but will let hunger dictate how much I eat today. No plan to go hungry. Not expecting any emotional eating. I feel grounded, hopeful and grateful for so many things. Thankful for this FS community and the support. Happy Thanksgiving if you celebrate.
