Woke at 221.9, up 2.1 from yesterday. Clearly, I've regained all the water I lost after my outdoor workout yesterday. Funny how the weight gains from overeating often occur on the second day after the transgressions. Of course, I ate quite a bit yesterday, too, although technically in a 600 calorie deficit. I'll close the month strong. I am committed to not gaining lasting weight over the holidays (which I did last year).

UPDATE: Got to 221.5 by 11 am. I also got results from some blood work I did yesterday. My glucose was 87 at 10:30 am on the day after Thanksgiving. A win!

Bill, I have noticed that too. Sometimes I can tightening up the next day and try to prevent as much gain. Often, I do not so well the next day and have to accept the gain...

Thanks, Navy, John, and Pam! I will do a sort of modified FMD this upcoming week to finish off the month strong. Pam, I am doing OK this year. I'm down 7-10 pounds compared to 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. But I am 5 pounds heavier than I was in 2017. Happy with the lower trend this year, though.
