I am thrilled at the weight loss this week. I was alittle worried because I spent more of it on the go then I normally do. But I think I have found a way to have some of the things I love to eat,(like ice cream, chocolate, and chicken fettuccine alfredo) and still keep my carbs bellow 60g.
