finding it very very hard to get motivated at the moment :(. very tired all the time. currently charging my Ipod and going to jump in for a shower and go for my 30min walk to walk off the pizza i had. *Guilt Walking* hopefully after that ill feel more motivated coz i am determined i am going to lose more this week than 3pounds....

Hi WhattaPleb....
I think your doing what I did last time I started to diet. VERY low on the Cal intake. thants not good for your - makes you tired - and your body will start "storing" fat rather than burning it. Eat 3 meals and 2 snacks a day... It will keep your motor running and your body not thinking its starving. Will have more energy, modivation, and will lose weight faster :).
U can do it :) keep your eyes crossed for me 2 !!

hiiya :) i dnt mean to b low on calories. :( i just eat when i get the chance to :( is there anything u think i can eat that more and will fill me more that i can have on the go? :( and from what i can see ur doing really well :D keep it up :) xx

Eat a BUNCH of green veggies (as much as u want)
I fill my plate with them and then the smaller portions of meat and fruit etc do not seem to be like Im starving :)
I eat out a lot also. When I order I will eat half now and save the other half for 3 hrs from now (makes it nice cause I have something to look forward to also ..lol) Your doing good - its a slow process but we put it on that way too :(
The drinks and enrgy bars are great to carry with you when out or at work. Helps keep u from getting to hungry and cheat...
Keep it up - we will be thinner and feeling great !!!
