Wohoo!!! Finally reached my initial "FINAL DESTINATION" guys💃🕺. After 9 months of actively doing it. 2.2kg( 4.84lbs) down from last week. A compound loss again likely. 55.6kg (122.6lbs) loss in total😁. Can finally make it official I'm in a normal BMI range with 24.2. Calls for celebration🍰 😋🤣🎉

Haha Aphoebe looks like it is🥜. I'm quite positive since I've been experimenting it on myself for the past several months. Definitely will be on my maintenance list of woe. Helps with the purging of unwanted stuffs too🤭
