I think I’m going to make my pre-Christmas weight goal which is exciting! My husband complimented me that I’m working hard and he can see the difference! About 8lbs down in 2.5 months. Trying to go slow and make small changes since life is already stressful enough with work and small kids. It feels good to be shedding lbs off that were gained at a toxic job. I drank too much and ate too much candy.
