Pretty good Monday as far as Mondays go! I did my morning walk on the treadmill. I even worked in a short meditation session while at work. It was really tough not to be distracted while doing it but I shut my office door and put my computer to sleep. I hit pretty close to my macro goals today (by surprise) and now I’m preparing to do a short Pilates workout to stretch myself out before bed. This gives me a bit of hope for Tuesday. ☺️
