Went to Doctor today for quarterly checkup. He said my weight was good for my age. I told him I wanted to lose at least 20 more pounds. He gave me a govt. approved diet plan pamphlet. I told him I didn't like those plans, said I did better on low carb or paleo. He smiled & said I'd lose weight quicker with those, so I guess he agrees with me. Said my BP, pulse, cholesterol, glucose was perfect. He told me my arthritis was worse. Said he'd like me to see the physical therapist, that it might help. So overall pretty good visit.
