Doing pretty well with my workout goals. I surpassed the 250 workouts for the year goal and am at 258. I am still working toward the 5 hours total in 7 days but pretty proud of how close I am getting to it. I’m feeling some pains in my upper back/neck for the past week or so. I’m usually a lower back problem kind of gal so this is weird for me. Tried changing the bed/pillow situation, tried doing more yoga, different sitting positions, etc. I think it’s mainly stress related tension. Good thing I took a few extra days off work this next week and after Christmas.
My middle child is on her way home from college for the holidays so I’m excited to spend time with her. ☺️

Finally saw some of this reflected on the scale this morning! I even checked my stats today and reached the 5 hours in 7 day goal, too!
