I'm actually pretty amazed. My first day recording food I was way over my designated calorie intake. Today, however, I'm way under and I feel pleasently full. I know I'll be eating again in about three to four hours, as I always get hungry around 8-9 o'clock, but I'm 800 calories below my daily allowance and I can't see a snack pushing me that high. Heck, I could eat a second helping of dinner for my snack and I'll still be way under and plenty full.
I guess I'm doing something right today.
