Weekend was good. I didn't eat too much. Yesterday I had a lot of fat but hey, it was steak on the grill. There is protein there too. I worked my butt off on Saturday. Helped get the game field ready raking and raking and raking and raking and raking.... Do you get the picture. Then I went home and tilled up my garden using my Mantis... which is a work out by itself... If you have one, you know what I mean. Especially w/ raised beds. I'm still sore from the ordeal. Not sure if I lost weight. Perhaps I did. Back at it.
