Went up AGAIN! I even week whacked ALL DAY yesterday! We did have chicken wings (had batter on them, :(, didn't know until they got home), but REALLY? I haven't been expelling like normal, so I am thinking that along with drinking more water has done it.
I HAVE noticed that my Tummy is shrinking! So, no matter what the numbers are...THIS is the way to go for me!!!

Don't forget that chicken wings in batter most likely have quite a lot of salt, which will hold on to water. It's probably not fat gain. Not long ago I chose deliberately to eat a whole pizza, calculated calories and everything, and I doubled my RDI that day. The day after I had gained 4-5 lbs! It took me more than a week to get rid of the pizza weight, but it's off again and I am moving forward as always. What I am trying to say is: Don't panic, Just keep doing what you're doing. If you're not proud of what you ate yesterday, just learn from it and adjust next time. My principle in cases like this is that NOBODY tells me what I HAVE to eat. It's all up to me. So if someone brings chicken wings, and I don't have the calories to spend on it, then I will politely decline and find something else to eat. There is always something else, though it might not be as interesting a choice. However, next morning when you're on the scale and see your progress, you will be damn proud that you resisted. :)
