Back to Monday's weight of 223.6...the lb I had picked up yesterday is gone! Pushed myself to do the elliptical yesterday, just to try and get it back on track. Drank lots of water, watched salt intake. I had my chicken tenders (marinated in italian dressing), a sweet potato, and brocolli for dinner. I did have one glass of wine, but cut out some other snacks to make room in my calorie budget for it. Things are looking good today...my back has been better the past few days, weight loss is holding okay. Hunger returned a bit yesterday, but I expected that...it shouldn't last more than a day or two.

Today is "I'm not cooking" day. lol Too many leftovers in the refrigerator, so I'm going to have turkey/black bean tacos for dinner tonight.

Thanks! So worn out tonight, but managed to piece together my plan for tomorrow. Stayed on track today, but my neighbor brought over chocolate birthday cake....trying my best to ignore it, and encourage my family to eat it. lol I don't want that lb back! lol

oh no!!! not chocolate birthday cake!!! At our weekly staff meeting today there were not one but two cream pies!! I soooo wanted to have some but I did not!! Some days are easier than others to ignore the sweets.
