Day 13 and I am getting used to this way of eating, it is getting easier. I wanted to thank everyone for the support, I was very active a few years ago here on fat secret, but stopped keeping track of food. I am making sure that at my 62 years of age I know the food count and what i am eating. I am losing weight and this is good, I am not interested in losing tons of weight over night then it is not real weight loss and will return just as easy. I will be doing this phase for a month, then see where I am. The next part is "IF" 16:8 it always worked well for me. As long as I can walk a little, and eat the right food I need now, it will be great.
