Trying to follow intuitive / mindful eating practices rather than obsess or beat myself up when I had a less healthy day. Diligently tracking calories to see what I'm taking in and cut myself off when I'm at or near my daily limit but not really trying to "count" beforehand when choosing what to eat. I know restricting myself like that would be a set up for failure so hoping that allowing myself to be relaxed is the slow and steady way towards my goals.

Thank you! I do log my food but sometimes that is a chore. And it's disheartening when I blow past my limit.... or if I'm out of town for the weekend, I don't log and fall into the trap of "I'll just start next week". I mess myself up thinking I gotta have a perfect week to keep going
