I made a meatless stew, sort of, today. I have many cans of cream of mushroom soup I need to use up so I used that as the base or gravy. Potatoes, carrots, an onion, frozen peas and the last of a bag of baby spinach. Not bad. I'm still doing IF with usually just one meal (if any) and the snacks to get enough protein, etc. Had 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts, a banana, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds, low fat cheese stick and fat free milk. I'm not getting any cravings, which usually do me in. Except for wanting chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting! But I get over that quickly. Just working on one day at a time really helps rather than always thinking about the long road ahead of me.
