Victory breakfast - mini wrap from spar because I wanted a wrap. scrambled egg plus extra egg white, sliced chicken&cheese vienna, bit of mayo and sweet chilli sauce plus some greens to fill up. Total of about 335 Cals

Haha! I'm done with eggs, I get fed up with them so quickly, any tips on other high prot low cal breakfasts would be appreciated 🙂

Eggs are just so nutrient dense it's amazing. I am a lazy cook since I'm only preparing for myself so I personally base my protein around Pilchards (for the Omega 3), and tuna. Also use a fair amount of milk, for now. I do bullybeef on occasion, in my non stick pan mixed with scrambled eggs. Great Pre workout meal. This would be higher calorie though and I use this since I come in way to low on calories if I don't do a 'big' breakfast. You could consider oats and whey? Easy and quick. Egg white omelette utilising a couple egg whites and one whole could give a different flavour/ less eggy. Also nothing preventing you from having meat for breakfast, leftover dinner makes great breakfast...
