I can tell I'm in better shape :) I feel more fit, and my back is straighter.
I've also made another "fun" diet purchase: baby food. Gerber bananas and apple/raisin are fun to spread on toast with peanut butter. There really ought to be something equivalent to this in more "adult" packaging, XD!!!
Also, drinking "sassy water" (water with cucumber/lemon juice/ginger) is helpful if you have an underactive stomach.
New circumfrence inch measurements: Arms: Down to 11.5" from 14" (-2.5"!) Thighs: Down to 24.5" from 26.5" (-2" !) Shoulders: 44.5" from 45" (-.5") Waist: 30" from 32" (-2"!)
So, basically I've lost about two inches of fat off of most of my body. That's not bad at all. :)
