Feeling great today...the scale is behaving...will do an official weigh in tomorrow. I don't expect any change but after last week's trip my weight was out of control. So, I've brought it back under control and that's making me happy!

Work on the other hand is not making me happy. So busy. Ughh!

I got a new cell phone yesterday. I really like my blackberry so I went with the blackberry classic. Nice. I need to find a good app now to track my running. I was using Endomondo but when I downloaded on this phone it's not doing the things that it did on my old phone like tell me my time after each kilometer ran. And it's not giving me a map of my run, etc.

Gotta get going and get this work done. Toodles!

I'm glad you're getting back on track after your trip. Do you have Map My Run available for an app? That's what I use and it seems to work well.
