yesterday's workout dvd: the firm cardio party today's workout dvd: the firm cardio overdrive
Today was actually the first time I did "cardio overdrive" every thing in high intensity version. The hardest part is after the overdrive part. Because the "overdrive" part consumes lots of energy, it gets difficult to follow moves after that. Why I was able to do it today? It was because I told to myself that I was the only one had control of it. If I have a will, I can do it. Other things, like jobs and economy and future, cannot be controlled by me, but I can control whether to do workout. How I do workout and what to eat should be the easiest thing to control if I have a strong will. Whether to have a good job and not to have sickness are not something that I can control by my will. This world can be a very stressful place. I need to take a control at least the things that I have 100% control in my hands.
