Since I missed the last couple of days in reporting my fasting blood sugar, let me add them in now:

Feb 4th 6.9 mmol/L
Feb 5th 6.9 mmol/L
Feb 6th 6.7 mmol/L

It's been a whirlwind the last couple of days since my computer decided to open with the BIOS utility page and not go anywhere else. I had my son take a look at it and he was able to fix it after taking my computer apart and putting it back together again before downloading the necessary repair kit for Windows 11. We suspect this was caused by my Windows update that triggered this whole mess. Not a fun process.

So with that said, I don't have anything to record for the last couple of days, food wise. Meh, it is what it is.

Also, I missed the day for weighing in so I will record it now. It's 250.4 lbs but with everything that has happened (stress) and with my ongoing inflammation, it really doesn't surprise me. It's the yo-yo effect that I've been dealing with for months. Time to continue to ride the everlasting wave...lol...
