So, first session with the personal trainer happened today. He said he thinks I'm doing better than I apparently think I'm doing, still feel like a wimp though. The lower abs are still not very strong after that surgery last July, so that's a consideration. But body fat % & flabby gramma arms are a BIGGER consideration🙄 Today I did something I've never done before, an inverted row. It's basically an inclined pullup. It was actually quite scary, hanging off the bar & afraid my hand would slip & I'd fall - but I actually managed to do about 14 rows. I'm sure I'll feel that tomorrow😣 I wish I had arms like Angela Bassett, she looks totally FABULOUS! If I keep doing these rows, I might eventually get there....
