220 today! Getting closer...never listed 220 as a goal, but in my mind it has certainly been one. I started this new journey on June 29th, weighing 233. 218 is where I'm anxiously waiting to arrive, because that is my lowest weight from the past couple of years, but I try to create a mental mini-goal that is very obtainable to focus on, and those are usually 10 lb marks (or in this case it was 13 lbs). If things keep going as they have been, then by next Monday's weigh in I should have reached my 218 goal!

My chicken tacos turned out pretty well yesterday...well enough that I will probably try them from time to time. Today is Sunday, and I'm something of a creature of habit on Sunday...oatmeal for breakfast, either a sandwich or pita pizza for lunch, and tilapia for dinner.

Congratulations! Regardless of what our ending goal weights are we all have little landmarks in our own heads and you've reached one of yours which is so great!! My landmark: Even though my goal weight is lower, the day I get under 200 is going to be a party! I haven't gotten under 200 since I was 20!

200 is a huge hurdle for me also. I've reached it twice, about five years ago...and it's been the obstacle I have had the hardest time getting around. To get under 200, and stay under 200...that's one of my biggest goals.

Under 200 has always been so exciting for me!!! I've done it a few times in the past 10 years ... but this time has been the best so far!!! Mostly because so far it is the longest period of time I can EVER remember staying UNDER 200!!! If I can do it you can too!!! I don't know where my weight will stabilize. However my long term goal is to stay UNDER 200 FOREVER!!! We can do it ... you can do it ... together and separately!! Let's do it buddies!!
